Trying to get as much out of life as possible you sometimes feel you have nothing left to put in – no time, no mental space,
and no energy. Is this simply because you need more sleep or are there other fundamental processes at work?
Professor Puri's ground-breaking book, Natural Energy, shares with you the far-reaching implications of his research into
nutrition, especially the role of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in keeping us fit and well. Many factors can inhibit the
healthy metabolism of these fatty acids, including certain 'foods', while particular vitamins and minerals are essential if our
bodies are to make proper use of the fatty acids available. While supplements are an option, Professor Puri advocates
obtaining these vital nutrients from our diets while avoiding the potential inhibitors. The Natural Energy Cookbook shows you
how to put theory into practice, bringing the principles of dietary planning together with specific meal plans and delicious
recipes that will help to raise your physical and mental energy levels. This is the way to feel great, and think great!
